Processing Time

Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Some items arrive sooner. If you need something by a particular date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Multiple Items and Split Shipments
Buy Home Automation works with a network of specialty suppliers to bring you a wide range of smart home products. If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days — each with its own tracking number. This is normal and does not indicate any error with your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or your tracking information hasn't updated in several days, please contact us at hello@buyhomeautomation.com and we'll look into it right away.
